Our showrooms can assist with any fit-related concerns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please keep the swing tags attached to your garments and visit your local showroom within the 14-day timeframe by scheduling a Final Look appointment.

Alterations

If you have any concerns about the fit or construction of your garment(s), you must visit your local showroom within 14 days of receipt. After this period, claims cannot be accepted. As each made-to-measure garment is uniquely made, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Once you complete your order, and if there are no garment measurement reviews necessary or payment delays, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible via our delivery partner DHL with an overall timeline of 2-3 weeks from purchase to arrival.

We provide step-by-step video guides and online resources to walk you through the process, ensuring accuracy and confidence. Once your measurements are entered into your account, you can place your order and have your custom suit made to measure and delivered to you.
